About our coffee:
1. Our coffee is grown in an ideal microclimate on our small farm.
2. We use organic growing practices that produce the best tasting beans.
3. All of our coffee is selectively hand picked at its ripest peak. We pick for quality- not quantity.
4. Our coffee is roasted in small batches in a drum roaster. This method enables us to use our senses of listening, observing and smelling when the roast is at peak perfection.
4. Your order is roasted when we receive it and shipped the next day.
5. We suggest using a French Press or manual drip cone to bring out the maximum flavor of the coffee.
6. Remember coffee is perishable. Store in an airtight container.
